F\u00f6r redan fynd fr\u00e5n sten\u00e5ldern visar att v\u00e5ra f\u00f6rf\u00e4der slog sig ned p\u00e5 enklare pallar och b\u00e4nkar. Och nu ska sittandet pl\u00f6tsligt utl\u00f6sa sv\u00e5ra sjukdomar eller provocera fram en hj\u00e4rtinfarkt? Dags att titta n\u00e4rmare p\u00e5 \u00e4mnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sittandet har ett imageproblem&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dDen som sitter l\u00e4ngre, d\u00f6r tidigare\u201c (ZEIT), \u201dS\u00e5 skadligt \u00e4r sittandet\u201c (Apotheken Umschau) eller \u201dAllt fler tyskar sitter f\u00f6r mycket\u201c (\u00c4rztezeitung) \u2013 det \u00e4r bara ett litet urval av rubriker som just nu cirkulerar i medierna. Konkret ska&nbsp;<strong>sittandet i timmar<\/strong>&nbsp;fr\u00e4mja olika sjukdomar som till exempel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hj\u00e4rt-k\u00e4rlsjukdomar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diabetes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alzheimers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ryggproblem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sp\u00e4nningar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huvudv\u00e4rk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Koncentrationsproblem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Med andra ord: Sittandet verkar vara lika skadlig som ett paket cigaretter utan filter per dag. Men st\u00e4mmer det verkligen? Handlar det inte mer om on\u00f6dig skr\u00e4mselpropaganda eller en kampanj? \u00c5tminstone det senare st\u00e4mmer inte eftersom sittandet och&nbsp;<strong>fysisk inaktivitet<\/strong>&nbsp;har haft ett d\u00e5ligt rykte l\u00e4nge.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Men doseringen avg\u00f6r giftigheten<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dDen som alltid har tagit det mycket f\u00f6rsiktigt, blir till sist sjuk p\u00e5 f\u00f6r mycket f\u00f6rsiktighet\u201d \u2013 Friedrich Nietzsche sammanfattar det.
